• Language preference – the website stores your selected display language (LT / EN / RU) in your browser's local storage. This setting stays on your device only and is never sent to us.

We do not use visitor tracking tools or analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics) and do not collect more data than necessary for the purposes described above.

• Responding to your enquiries about products, services, or office rental – legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Communicating with existing or prospective tenants and customers regarding the conclusion and performance of contracts – GDPR Art. 6(1)(b).
• Ensuring proper customer service and the operation of the website – our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
